My Philosophy

There is where you are today...and where you visualize yourself being in the future.  The difference? Execution...for many clients this is their blind spot, their point of weakness.  As your accountability partner I will help you clarify, plan and create new habits through analyzing your current system in place.  Overall improvement is the culmination of establishing new habits and then consistently applying these incremental changes over time with your clear and defined goal in mind.

Life Coaching vs Marriage and Family Therapy

Many people ask what is the difference between a Life Coach and a Therapist? 

Simply put, coaching is future focused. 

Unlike an MFT, a life coach cannot diagnose or treat a mental health disorder. 

The focus is on:

  • Discovering what you want to achieve                        

  • Clarifying your intentions

  • Creating an effective system specifically for you 

​This is accomplished through:

  • Setting intentions                    

  • Creating outcomes

  • Managing how this is accomplished

The best way for change to occur and continue is through self-discovery and client-generated solutions. 

The coach's job is to guide, encourage and elicit these intentions, solutions and systems through collaboration.
